概要

【背景】 新型コロナウイルス感染症による死亡率の国別格差が大きい要因を明らかにするため、既存の統計との連携による生態学的調査を実施しました。日本では、死亡率を評価する際に地理的領域間で大きな変動が観察されました。地域の相関分析を実行して、地域の死亡率に関連する要因を見つけました。〔方法〕本研究デザインは生態学的研究である.さまざまな国の COVID-19 死亡率を従属変数として、さまざまな医療および経済要因とともに、重回帰分析を実行しました。2020 年 6 月 30 日現在の累積死亡率を計算しました。日本の地域相関分析では、47 都道府県を 9 つの地域に分割しました。調査された要因は、ヘルスケアと観光でした。33 の経済協力開発機構 (OECD) 諸国のデータが分析されました。日本の地域分析では、全国を9つの地域に分類した。〔結果〕死亡率に関連する因子は、川崎病(KD)の罹患率、CT(コンピュータ断層撮影)の撮影回数、飲酒量であった。死亡率は、KDの発生率が高く、CTの数が多い国、およびアルコール消費量が多い国で低かった. ヨーロッパ諸国では​​、高い喫煙率と高いジニ係数が、高い死亡率と正の相関関係にありました。日本の地域分析によると、死亡率は、人口密集地域の人口の割合、1 人あたりの外国人旅行者数、1 人あたりの中国人旅行者数に関連していました。[結論] 東アジアにおける死亡率の低さは、特定疾患罹患率 (KD)、アルコール消費、および CT 数と関連していた。日本の死亡率の差は、外国人観光客の数と人口密集地域の人口の割合に関連していることが示唆されました。
