ロボットによる回想療法の実現を通じた高齢者-ロボットインタラクションのデザインに関する研究 (本文)

概要

本論文の構成は以下の通りである.

第2章では回想法に関する従来研究,高齢者向け介護ロボットに関する従来研究,複数台ロボット・長期関係性に関する従来研究を概観し,本論文の位置付けとアプローチを示す.

次に第3章では調査で用いる回想法ロボットシステムの設計を述べる.また第4章では,本論文が目的とする3要件のうち発話促進,主観的対話評価向上に着目し,回想法に1台のロボットを用いる場合と,2台のロボットを用いる場合の比較調査を行なう.

また第 4章では比較調査の結果を通じて,2台ロボットを用いる場合の利点だけでなく, 2台ロボットの位置関係がもたらす主観的対話評価への悪影響についての仮説を示す.

そして第5章では,第4章で示した位置関係が主観的対話評価に与える悪影響についての仮説を調査するため,2つの異なる位置関係条件で2台ロボットと対話をする実験室実験とケーススタディにより仮説の正当性を示す.

続けて第6章では,3 つ目の要件である長期間利用継続の課題について,手紙を用いた非対話時の非同期コミュニケーションを用いる新しい手法で取組む.6章では,2回のフィールドスタディを元に,本論文が提案する手紙によるアプローチが,長期関係性に与えるポジティブな効果の可能性を示す.また6章では手紙を対話データから自動生成するアルゴリズムも提案する.

また7章では本論文を通じて得た知見についての総括を行ない,回想法ロボット実現のために取組む必要のある将来課題を議論する.さらに7章では,本論文を通じて得られた知見をもとに高齢者ロボットインタラクションにおいて今後研究を進めていくべき領域の考察を述べる.

最後に 8 章では,本論文を通じて得られた成果について結論を述べる.
