diagram shows the relation between b axis magnetic susceptibility and the Tc of
SC phases. For Kb between 5.7 and 6.0, Tc is affected by the magnetic field along
the b axis. The extrapolation of Tc to H = 0 in HFSC is based on the strong coupling
parameter of Miyake et al. (34). The magnetic field enhances Kb and increases the
Tc. As Kb increases further, Tc enters the SC2 region, and when Kb increases to nearly
7%, Tc increases to a maximum of 3 K. The dotted line is a guide to eyes.
