概要

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a progressive joint disorder that affects both
cartilage and the subchondral bone [1,2]. Studies have focused on the
remodeling of subchondral bone with OA progression, due to the
important role that subchondral bone plays on cartilage metabolism
[2]. However, the mechanism by which subchondral bone is changed
in the pathogenesis of OA has not been completely elucidated. Several
animal studies have demonstrated a relationship between cartilage
