MAAS は、6 つのカテゴリーから適切な点数を加算することで算出する。
*; Normal: 主膵管 2mm 以下、正常な膵臓の大きさと形、均一な膵実質を認める場合、Equivocal: 主膵管拡張(2
~4mm)
、軽度の膵腫大(正常の 2 倍まで)
、不均一な膵実質、小さな嚢胞(10mm 未満)、不規則な管、主膵管
壁のエコー強度増強、 不規則な膵の輪郭のうち 1 つのみを認める場合、Mild:Equivocal で示した基準のうち 2
項目以上あるが、主膵管が正常な場合。中等症: 上記の基準のうち 2 項目以上を認め、主膵管の異常 (主膵管の
2~4mm 大の拡張または膵管壁のエコー増強)、Severe:大きな嚢胞(10mm 以上)
、膵腫大(正常の 2 倍以上)、
主膵管内の欠損像または結石、主膵管の閉塞、不規則な膵実質、隣接する臓器への浸潤のうち 1 つ以上を認め
る場合と定義した。**; 合併症のカテゴリーでは、複数の合併症が同時に存在する場合は、複数の合併症の点数
を合算する。Extrapancreatic lesion は唾液腺炎、涙腺炎、後腹膜線維症、胆管狭窄、腎・肺病変、IgG4 関連消
化管病変、胸膜、眼窩、その他 AIP 関連症状などを含む。
